2 Months

Happy 2 Month Birthday, Carsyn Rose!!

It is so hard to believe that you are already 2 months old!  You are growing and changing so much every day!  We don't go to the doctor for your 2 month check-up until next month, but we estimate that you weigh about 8 1/2-9 lbs.  You eat 5 oz. of breast milk every 3-4 hours.  I am SO happy to say that you sleep through the night!!!  You have for a few weeks now!  You are the absolute best sleeper ever!  You normally go to bed between 9:30-10:00 and normally sleep until 8:00.  I cannot thank you enough for letting your Momma sleep during this transition from one child to two.

You are still the most laid back, easy-going baby.  You just smile and coo all the time.  Your big sister absolutely ADORES you!  She loves to lay on top of you and kiss your face.  We have to watch her or she would smother you all day long.  You normally don't mind though.  You are also very alert.  You love to look around and you love to have people talk to you.  You listen to every word.  Just so sweet!

Carsyn Rose, you have made this Christmas season so much more special just by being here.  You and your sister have brought more joy and magic to this holiday season than we knew were possible.  Thank you for being YOU!  Your Momma and Daddy love you to the moon and back!
